Product : Ofloxacin 0.3 % w/v + Dexamethasone 0.1% EYE/EAR drop
Composition :
Ofloxacin 0.3 % w/v + Dexamethasone 0.1%

Therapeutic Group Antibiotic + Steroid Combination
Mode of Action
Ofloxacin :- Inhibit bacterial protein synthesis by inhibiting enzyme Topoisomerase II which results in elimination of multiplying as well as non multiplying bacteria.
Dexamethasone :- It inhibit phospholipase A2 enzyme which is required for the synthesis of prostaglandins.
